Thank you for shopping at oMaguva. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you explore, discover, and purchase our handmade resin creations. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at oMaguva. By placing an order, you agree to the following refund and return policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days of receiving the order. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days depends on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@omaguva.in.in with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions and shipping information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds Delayed or Not Received
If you haven't received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account once more.
Subsequently, reach out to your credit card company. The official posting of your refund might take some time.
Following that, get in touch with your bank. There is typically a processing time before a refund is officially posted.
If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, kindly write to us.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
